For most people, losing weight is never fun, it’s a lot of hard work. However, Rick Ross has it down to a science and found a way to eat whatever he wants, workout for twenty minutes, build muscle and lose weight at the same time. All joking aside, it’s good to see Ross is taking his health more seriously. Although, he’s still very much a big guy, he’s definitely lost weight and you can see it. He still has a ways to go, but he is going in the right direction.
